How does the free trial work?

Your first store is free for 30 days, and you don't need a card to start. During the trial you can use up to 2 staff and 2 devices.

Add a card before the trial ends and nothing changes. Without one you get 7 more days; after that only guest orders stop. The menu stays visible and counter sales keep working.

What's the difference between the plans?

Every plan has every feature; they differ only in how many staff and devices each store can use. See Pricing for the details. You can switch plans at any time.

Who pays the card fees?

Guests' payments go straight to the store's Stripe account, and card fees are taken there at Stripe's rates. Kiswave adds no per-payment fee.

Do I need to buy a kiosk or new hardware?

No. Guests order on their own phones. The kitchen screen and the staff app open in the browser of a tablet or phone you already have. Connect a ticket printer only if you want one.

What about guests who pay cash?

Staff record cash, or a payment taken on your own card terminal, in the staff app. A store with online card payment turned off lets guests order by QR and pay at the counter.

Can I open before connecting Stripe?

Yes. You need a menu, a tax rate and your business details. Until Stripe is connected, guests can browse the menu but not order; orders open as soon as it is. Counter sales work in the meantime.

I have more than one store.

Add stores to the same account and switch between them. Each store has its own plan, and stores can share one menu.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel at any time; the plan ends when the paid period does, and the rest of the period isn't refunded. Before closing a store you can download its menu and order history. See the Refund Policy.

How do you handle guests' data?

Guests order without an account. We don't ask for names or phone numbers, and card details are handled only by Stripe. An email address is kept only when a guest asks for a receipt, and is deleted after 90 days. See the Privacy Policy.
